This is an opportunity to offer the company's discerning customers exclusive aesthetic-led geometry change (in the form of wheels, grilles, interior touchpoints and features as some examples).

To give you an idea of how this Lead Bespoke Designer role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

Collaborate with the wider Brand, Vehicle & Materiality creative design teams, supporting with technical skills and experience
Help guide the design process from ideation and creativity through to delivery
Be involve in the creation of a bespoke strategy befitting the company to deliver modern luxury vehicles
Support and lead in the development of advanced concepts and delivery programmes of detail design elements (geometry led)
Create and illustrate new ideas whilst challenging conventional thinking.
To apply for this Lead Bespoke Designer, Detail Design role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

Creative Ideation via 2D sketches, renders and 3D digital models
Digital 3D data creation skills e.g., Alias Design delivery experience
Proven illustration and visual evaluation skills to communicate ideas and solutions
An understanding of aesthetic judgement of surface, surface juxtaposition and appearance
Broad knowledge of engineering, production techniques and processes, and strong market and business acumen.
