Your new role
* Based at a large commercial site in Bolton
* Responsible for general building services maintenance
* General maintenance duties as and when required – emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, hanging doors, changing locks etc
What you'll need to succeed
* Experience in plumbing, carpentry, joinery, decorating etc
* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are from a maintenance background in electrical, mechanical or fabric
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Industry qualification is desirable
