Job Title: Quality & Materials Manager
Location: Coalville (Occasional UK travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year

To help deliver this mission we need an experienced Quality and Materials Manager who can articulately and confidently speak technically to our customers to bring the voice of the customer to product quality.

What we are looking for:
Experience of product testing ideally in the packaging industry
Experience of quality systems and root cause analysis
Excellent customer service communication skills
Attention to detail
Ideally CAD and design skills
What you’ll be doing:
Leading material (paper and board) performance improvement program
Responsible for Lab team and workload management
Supporting investigations into customer complaints
Ensuring facilitation of customer requirements
