Job Description
We currently have two shifts open, the Dispatch Coordinator will be working weekly:
Sunday through Thursday - This is an overnight position and will be working the hours of 3:00 pm to 12:00 am PST.
Or
Sunday through Thursday -This is an overnight position and will be working the hours of 10:30 pm to 6:30 am PST.
Our dispatchers take intake calls, receiving facility and patient details and then send out the appropriate nurse to service those facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and intake patient information
Follow strict HIPAA guidelines
Retrieve information regarding facility and service needed
Send calls out to the appropriate nurse.
Track ETA's, actual time or arrival, and completion of service of nurses in the field
Office duties such as filing, faxing, scanning etc
