Unique opportunity to join our client, based in Laindon, Essex who specialise in the design & manufacture of wide format digital printing.
We are looking for a Sales Administrator who can co-ordinate with both the client & internally with the manufacturing team regarding requirements.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who can work closely with the rest of the team, the successful applicant’s key role will be preparing estimates & quotations for our their customers and will assist with all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry through to order processing.
We are looking for a candidate who can assist with the following responsibilities:
* Dealing with client queries & enquiries
* Preparation of quotations using Sage accounting software
* Production of drawings & specification using AutoCAD & Illustrator
* Order processing & material purchasing
Some knowledge of Sage accounting & AutoCAD would be preferred but not essential as training will be given.
The qualities we are looking for in this opportunity are:
* Good communication skills
* Attention of detail
* Enthusiasm and willingness to work as part of a small team
* Ability to work from customer schedules/drawing and to hight deadlines.
This is a full time, permanent role, offering a salary in the region of £25,000
