A part time manager position within an excellent, modern, and forward thinking accountancy practice that was developed in 2019 with the vision to develop a practice that delivered a superior service and quality product to its clients. It has flourished and grown since 2019 growing to a team of 8, and now they are looking for a manager to supervise this team,
They are looking for an ambitious individual, with previous management and accountancy practice experience, to work 4 days a week with a maximum of 35 hours (this can be less). The firm are based in Southend on Sea, in the centre of town with excellent transport links. If you are looking for a flexible role, in a warm, friendly, and progressive practice, this will be for you.

ACCA or ACA qualification is preferred, but QBE is also acceptable
Previous accountancy practice and management experience
Able to commute to Southend, 4 days a week
Strong, caring, bubbly, and positive personality
