Marketing Manager - New Build Housing

TSR are recruiting on behalf of a 5 star new build housing developer for a Marketing Manager to work for our clients East Midlands office.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Experience in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Google analytics
Proficient user of IT; including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop
Previous experience of managing marketing activities for a busy Sales / Marketing function is essential.
Experience in a Sales / Marketing management function for House Building or Construction firm is desirable.
Will possess a solid understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
Experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Minimum HND / Degree in Marketing or qualified by equivalent experience.
Professional membership to the Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable.
Experience analysing and measuring digital media campaigns.
