Pay Rate: £18 Umbrella P/H

The Role
Family Hub Connectors will support families to access the support and services they need.
Family Hub Connectors will support parents to access early years services, address barriers to engagement, and implement action plans to increase engagement with new families.
Family Hub Connectors will support early years services to be inclusive and enable parents, carers, and families to be involved in decision-making which influences service design and delivery, including developing high-quality volunteering opportunities.
The Candidate
Signpost families to resources and tools that help parents make positive choices for themselves and their children.
Co-produce initiatives with the community to influence how services are engaged.
Be a key member of the Family Hub approach; work directly with families, professionals, and partners to empower them and build thriving communities.How to apply
