Project Architect

A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Project Architect to join a highly reputable Architectural practice in Surrey, working on exciting projects within the Residential Sector.

As a registered Architect the right candidate will have demonstrated experience working on a range of project types within the Residential Sector with the ability to take projects through all RIBA stages to completion

This mid-sized Architectural practice has been successfully providing expertise in the high-end residential sector for decades - forging an outstanding reputation along the way. With project enquiries still coming through at an enviable rate their expertise are in high demand and the future of the company continues to look bright. As such, there is a requirement to add to their talented team in order to capitalise on this continued demand.

At minimum the successful Project Architect candidate needs to possess -

RIBA/ARB registered Architect
Minimum 5 Years UK experience within the Residential sector
Demonstratable project running experience on multiple high-end schemes
Excellent technical drawing ability
Proficient with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and other industry software
Sound knowledge of UK Planning Process and UK Building Regulations
Proven ability with Specification writing and Contract Document Admin.On offer for the successful Project Architect candidate will be a salary likely to be in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and the opportunity to join a friendly and welcoming team that have created a positive and healthy working environment.
