Packaging Technologist

Salary: Up to £35,000 annually
If you are an enthusiastic individual that has a passion for the packaging side of the food industry this could be a great opportunity for you!
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of departments and will play a major part in the technical team on-site. In this role you will begiven the freedom to investigate new and upcoming packaging trends, as well as having a focus on aspects such as costings, materials, innovation, and sustainability to help the business adapt to the current modern market.
The business based in a great central location for travel connections and the site itself is well-maintained and modern, while also being aesthetically pleasing. In addition to this the role will allow you to maintain a good work-life balance in a weekday role based on general office hours, with some flexibility required.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the six major retailers across a wide variety of price ranges, in a business that was not negatively impacted by the pandemic hence the growth they have undergone, and the result of this new role being introduced.
To be successful you will need to have an enthusiastic and passionate character and be willing to get your teeth into the role and all it will entail.
