Our World leading Energy client are seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner to relocate to Saudi Arabia and join their oil and gas business. The salary on offer will be based upon your experience and will range between £90,000 and £140,000 with a complete package well ahead of anyone else to include bonus, relocation, housing, flights, sponsorship, healthcare and more. What will you be doing?
As HR Business Partner you will develop, build and implement HR Plans and strategy and be able to make decisive decisions. You will be able to analyse business challenges to ensure this is reflected in the people agenda, whilst driving workforce planning and creation of HR Roadmaps including talent mapping, attraction, retention and development. You will drive for excellence in individual performance management as well as business performance management to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity, reducing any excess labour costs, whilst building relationships with all key stakeholders and managing a continuous improvement cycle which incorporates change management on a regular basis. You will also focus on the development and upskilling of all levels from frontline to leadership to ensure team effectiveness and leadership excellence.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this role you will have extensive experience in HR Business Partnering within global, complex and multinational businesses. You will possess strong leadership capabilities and be able to drive business performance. It would be highly advantageous if you have worked within the oil and gas industry. You will possess a Masters Degree or Chartered CIPD status with both the skills, experience and ability to carry out the above duties.
