Duration:  June 1, 2024 to August 39, 2024
Pay: $16 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support to leaders:
High-volume data entry into Excel spreadsheets, HubSpot and ATS systems
Creation of PowerPoint presentations
Marketing tasks such as email campaign creation and execution
Research vendors, suppliers, companies
Transcription of meetings as needed
Document new business processes
Assist and support recruiters working on multiple clients:
Sourcing candidates for open positions
Call passive candidates to approach them with a new position. Persuade candidates to consider our open positions and compare them to their current positions.
Schedule and conduct time-sensitive phone interviews and document conversations
Post jobs in the ATS and on job boards
IT Support:
Backup data on a regular basis
Transfer files when needed Upload and download documents and spreadsheets to systems
Marketing Projects
Maintain Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media accounts
Develop and launch email campaigns
Produce new marketing materials
