Contract: Full Time Permanent

We require three Responsive Repairs Team Leaders to join our expanding repairs service.

The role will involve leading a multidisciplinary team of trade colleagues and working hand in hand with repairs planners to maximise the overall productivity of the team with the key objectives of reducing customer lead in times and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

You’ll need to thrive working in a fast paced, busy environment and be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload, from managing colleagues, to responding to customer enquiries, to solving materials and transportation availability issues and much, much more…

Whilst a BTEC/ HNC in Building Studies is desirable, this isn’t essential for the right person, and consideration will be given to candidates with relevant construction industry supervisory experience, who are willing to work towards the attainment of the BTEC/ HNC.
