Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Manager with experience of hard services maintenance contracts? This role will see you working for a Global FM services provider in the Education sector. About your role
This role will see covering education sites in Stoke-On-Trent
Lead all planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all mechanical aspects and queries.
Manage contractual compliance from a mechanical standpoint across the contract
Review, manage and control mechanical maintenance processes
Working closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels
Working to increase the performance of the contract across all areas
About you
Technically qualified in Mechanical Engineering
Experience of Mechanical maintenance - within the education sector ideally
Commercially astute
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues
You may have experience as one of the following: Mechanical Maintenance Manager, Mechanical Manager, Technical Mechanical Manager, Technical Services Manager, Mechanical FM Manager
