Come and join our team here at Hams Hall, Birmingham, B46 1DA as a Warehouse Operative.
As a Warehouse Operative you will be:
* Picking products
* Working towards set targeted pick rates per hour.
* Keeping the warehouse tidy as you go
* Manual handling
* Use of hand scanner technology
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
* You must be physically able to lift goods.
* Previous picking or packing experience.
* A good standard of verbal and written English
* Good numeracy skills
* The ability to work to targets
* Good time keeping and attendance
Please note there is a lot of walking and manual handling involved with this role. Previous experience within a picking or packing role is required.
Shifts we offer are as followed (these are set) -
* 6am – 2pm / 8am – 4pm / 10am – 6pm / 2pm – 10pm / 3pm – 11pm / 4pm – 12am
* Pay rates – 6am – 6pm - £11.47 / 6pm – 10pm - £12.12 / 10pm – 6am - £14.04
* Shifts are any 5 days out of 7 – please ensure you can work weekends or you will not be invited to an induction.
Transport to the Hams Hall area is limited especially after the hours of 10pm– please ensure you can travel to B46 before you apply for this role.
