The core areas of the business are Asbestos Consultancy, Legionella Consultancy Services and Fire Consultancy Services, across all sectors including Construction, Local Government, MOD, Education, Social Housing, Logistics, Manufacturing and many more.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The role will involve offereing administration support for all Legionella compliance and water hygiene works including:

* Legionella Risk Assessments and Reviews -PPM from monthly through quarterly, biannual and annual servicing visits,

* Bacteriological sampling,

* Water system remedial works including small to larger plumbing works and projects,

* Disinfection and water treatment,

* Closed system maintenance,

* For regional and nationwide clients including a variety of sectors from councils and housing associations, retail, commercial, education, hospitality and industrial settings.

Daily duties include:

* Raising contracts, programs and jobs

* Scheduling, booking and confirming visits with a wide range of individuals from third party, client direct, site contacts and residents

* Liaising with field staff to ensure job completion

* Processing and actioning large number of internal and external emails

* Compliance checking and reporting issues and snags back internally

* Liaising with clients to resolve access issues and non compliance on site

* Maintaining internal and customer KPI trackers

* Generating and completing a mix of system generated and external paperwork site visit reports and producing and issuing final reports to clients, via general email and a number of various portals.

* Issuing completed jobs to finance team for invoicing

* Dealing with any PO and invoice queries that arise
