Asbestos Surveyor

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £36k + Training + Benefits

We are currently recruiting in the West Midlands region for an established Asbestos Consultancy. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to take on an Asbestos surveyor. You will be working predominantly on Social Housing sites, carrying out the full range of surveying duties, ensuring to work in line with HSG 264 guidelines. This role would suit a candidate who is looking to cover regional work in the Midlands.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: West Bromwich, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Worcester, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Lichfield, Tamworth, Coalville.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
" Experience working for a reputable Asbestos Consultancy.
" Familiar using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
" Excellent time management skills.

The Role:
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, re-inspection, and demolition surveys.
" Carrying out sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports based on site findings.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
