Production Operative

Production Operative, £11.81 p/h, 28 days holiday. Monday-Friday, no weekends.5.45am-2pm and 1.45pm-10.00pm,on rotating shifts, pension and no weekends. As a production operative, you will be a key part of the team that produces and distributes cardboard boxes for a company that is based in Warminster.

The production operative role will involve a variety of tasks such as those listed below.

Taking boxes off of the print machine once a print run has been completed
Placing boxes onto pallets ready to be wrapped
Moving full pallets of boxes with pallet trucks ready to be distributed
Monitoring and be able to report any hygiene issues
Feeding the print machines and learning how they work.
Making and binding boxes using bespoke machinery.
Breaking and making pallet stacks ready for delivery.
Taking and pulling inked and finished prints off rollers ready for packing.This is an opportunity to join a family owned organisation that has been in operation for over 35 years. You will have all the training and support that you need to undertake the role as a machine operative. Previous experience is not essential as training will be given.
