Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager you will be integral to driving sales and cultivating lasting relationships with both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) clients. Reporting to the CEO, your primary focus will be on achieving top-line growth by identifying sales opportunities, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth, providing insights to inform sales strategies.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives, continually evaluating and refining approaches to maximise results.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches to prospective clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including customer engagement, marketing, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports and updates to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Technical Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales roles with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
