Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team in their London Bridge HQ. As part of a busy team handling numerous tenders and supporting the company's growth ambitions, as the successful candidate you will bring extensive experience in estimating within the London market. Responsibilities include increasing the output and accuracy of tenders and attracting new clients.

The role encompasses a wide range of tenders, from one-off projects to large frameworks, covering high-spec residential fit out to large hotel new builds, as well as complex structural refurbishments. Typical project values range between £25m and £50m, with some projects reaching up to £90m. This position offers clear paths for career progression within a growing team.

Your Next Employer – Where You’ll Be Doing It:
The salary for this role is competitive, reflecting the candidate's industry exposure and relevant experience. The package includes a basic salary of £70,000 – £90,000, along with benefits such as travel allowances, healthcare, and pension contributions.
 
The ideal candidate will be an established Estimator with a stable background in tier 1 or major main contractors, and familiarity with the London market. The candidate should have strong connections and the ability to bring clients and suppliers onboard, enhancing the team's capabilities and supporting the company’s growth plans. Career stability is crucial, with the preferred candidate having a consistent employment history. Experience should include tendering for new build and refurbishment projects valued between £2m and £20m and above.
