Installation Manager - BMS / IoT

Field-based – around London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Manager to join our dynamic team. The Installation Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of BMS installation projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of building automation systems and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the installation team, including technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

* Develop and implement installation plans, schedules, and budgets, in coordination with project stakeholders, to meet project objectives and deadlines.

* Conduct site assessments and surveys to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions.

* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and design teams to review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the installation process.

* Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate delays and ensure quality.

* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, to maintain accurate records and facilitate project tracking.

* Collaborate with sales teams, clients, and stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Provide leadership, guidance, and training to installation team members to enhance their skills, productivity, and performance.

* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BMS installation to drive continuous improvement and innovation
