Our client is looking for a for an Operations Support Apprentice for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
ROLE:
To provide general administrative support to the Operations Support team across various departments (including Manufacturing, Workshop, Procurement, Logistics, Field & PPS).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General admin duties within Operations Support team.
Provide support to Operations Support team during busy periods.
Provide holiday cover for Operations Support team.
Provide ad-hoc reception cover.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong educational background.
Highly motivated.
Computer literate.
Admin experience but not essential.
Able to work on own initiative whilst enjoying being part of a team.
A positive attitude and pleasant manner towards fellow staff members.
Ability to be flexible in working practices.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to priorities workloads
