Teacher of History Trafford Secondary School September 2024 (1 year maternity role) Full-time MPS

About the role

Are you an outstanding teacher, with a passion for improving the learning outcomes for your students?

This 'Good' secondary school in Trafford are recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic teacher of History, to teach engaging lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.

The successful candidate must hold high expectations of the learning and achievements of all students.

This is a school with an excellent reputation within the local community. Staff hold high expectations for pupils behaviour, disruption is minimal and attendance is above average.

The successful History teacher will join a welcoming team.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of History Teacher you will:

Hold QTS / QTLS / PGCE
Be an inspiring and engaging History Teacher
Be committed to covering a one year maternity role.
Able to provide suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK
