Company:

Leading the charge in project development spanning over 130 countries, and boasting a track record of over 20 large-scale solar projects successfully completed in the Netherlands, the company is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Developer. This role is pivotal in fostering the expansion and advancement of both ongoing initiatives and future endeavors, aligning with their commitment to achieving net zero objectives.

Role:

* Site identification and acquisition: The Solar Project Developer identifies potential sites for solar energy projects and negotiates the acquisition of the land rights necessary for project development.

* Stakeholder Management: Works with local and state authorities to secure the necessary permits and regulatory approvals for the project, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

* Project management: The Solar Project Developer oversees the Development of the solar project to ready to build phase, managing contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project.

Your Profile:

•You have experience within permitting for large-scale development projects whether it's in renewables or another industry

•You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience as a Project Developer

•You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch (C1)
