Construction Project Manager - Fit Out

Clear Engineering are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Internal Construction/Fit Out sector to work on a 12 month Freelance/Self Employed Contract in Berlin. This will be working on a project that will be converting office space into a Data Centre.

To be successful :

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience within the role
Previous experience working on major office fit out projects
Ideally, the right person would have experience within the mission critical/data centre space but this is not essential
Be able to manage & oversee all contractors on site
Strong experience within obtaining permits, safety inductions, toolbox talks etc
