MTrec are proudly representing our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Newcastle, who are looking to recruit a new CAD/CAM Operator to join our Manufacturing team. In this role you will be trained in the operation of our CAD processes. If this interests you, then apply now.
The Job You’ll Do;
* Day shift role.
* Operate CAD/CAM software to model and detail company products.
* Work as part of a team of Operators.
* Reporting to Senior Operator and any other management when necessary.
About You;
* Ideally have some form of experience of using Computers or specifically CAD software.
* Have a willingness to learn.
* Have a ‘can do attitude.
* Be able to follow instructions, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail.
* Adhere to quality and health and safety standards.
* Be willing to keep pace with change, acquire new knowledge and skills as the business grows and develops.
* Have a continuous improvement mindset that is evident in how you work, your team and division.
* Be reliable and flexible.
* Take pride in your work and the achievements of your department and the business.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing would be an advantage
