Key Responsibilities of a Clinical lead:
To manage a team of Carers and Nurses and work closely with the Manager
Proven experience in assisting in managing nursing needs
Experience in supporting staff teams
Relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Deciding and initiating actionClinical Lead Requirements:
Active PIN would be essential
Ensuring quality of care for clients
Previous track record working within nursing roles
