Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit for a number of general cover supply teachers to work in Secondary Schools in South Yorkshire and surrounding areas, who would provide cover in schools to permanent members of staff when they are out of school. The work would be provided for you in advance, your role would be to simply go in and cover the class and manage behaviour within the lesson. Either a qualified teacher (of any subject) or an experienced Cover Supervisor would be suitable for this role.

This would be a great opportunity for anybody who wants to gain more valuable experience of working within schools but has other commitments meaning you are not necessarily available full-time and are seeking flexible work that works around your schedule/commitments. Whether you are looking for 3 days per week on a changing weekly basis, or full-time work across different schools, and are a flexible person who is willing to hit the ground running, then please apply ASAP.

Teaching Personnel work with a vast majority of schools across Sheffield, and we are currently recruiting to strengthen the number of supply teachers in surrounding areas in order to meet the increasing demand from schools in this area. You will be confident within a classroom setting and will be someone with a professional demeanor who is confident with classroom management.

Pay for QTS Educators: £130 - £220 per day (based on 6.5 hour working day)

Pay for Cover Supervisor (non-qualified teachers): £85 - £110 per day (based on 6.5 hour working day).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
