Skills required for Quality Manager:

Demonstrated leadership in quality control management within the manufacturing sector.

Experience in team supervision, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Proficiency in maintaining electronic Quality Control Record Management Systems.
Capability to prepare and oversee Certificates of Analysis and Conformity.
Strong analytical skills to manage quality audits, statistics, and compliance measures.
