Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Manager in Doncaster!

Are you passionate about making a significant difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed home in the vibrant city of Doncaster. This role offers a rewarding challenge, blending the provision of quality care with the development of innovative childcare practices.

Main Purpose of the Role: As the Registered Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a high-quality level of care that promotes the rights and development of young people. You'll lead a team of care workers to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of the young residents.

Benefits:

Annual Salary: £44,041.10 basic salaru with potential bonuses to earn up to £49,641.10 through performance incentives.
Bonuses: Earn up to £2,000 for an Outstanding Ofsted report and a monthly bonus of £300 for full occupancy.
Holiday Entitlement:33 days - 25 days plus 8 statutory holidays.
On-Call Payments: Additional remuneration for on-call duties.
Additional Perks: Petrol allowance and pension in line with organisational guidelines.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver high-quality care in line with relevant legislation and Ofsted standards.
Manage all aspects of service and practice within the home, including health & safety, staff training, and financial management.
Maintain effective relationships with external agencies, professionals, and the general public.Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a team within a residential care setting.
Comprehensive knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Relevant Diploma Level 5 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
UK driving licence and access to transport.This role requires a flexible, reliable, and emotionally resilient individual who can maintain high standards of safety and confidentiality.
