German Speaking Customer Service Representative - Remote,Office Based or hybrid
A fantastic office based role in North Devon providing comprehensive B2B Customer Service working for an International Manufacturer.
The role incorporates the following responsibilities;
* Order Processing
* Order progression with regular customer updates
* Issuing Credits & Debits
* Problem solving customer issues
* Quotations
* General customer liaison
The ideal candidate will have office based customer service experience ideally B2B and knowledge of the manufacturing industry would be a distinct advantage. Only candidates who are bilingual German will be considered.
Candidates should be fully IT literate.
This vacancy is for a long-established well regarded manufacturer and joins a small friendly team, in a beautifully modern office environment with a fully supportive Line-Manager. This role can be office-based, hybrid or work from home. Please note 2-4 weeks initial training would be based in North Devon.
