Role overview:
The UK HQ Finance manager will be responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial for the UK HQ business of a global manufacturing company. This role will coordinate and oversee routine financial activities including purchasing and payment, inter company recharges and CAPEX accounting.
THE ROLE:
Preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial for the UK HQ business submitted as part of the Group close.
Production of annual statutory financial statements as well as the management of the external audit process for the company.
Coordination with the tax department on the process and calculation of intercompany management fees and recharges within the Group.
Review and approval of weekly payment runs as well as preparation of quarterly cash flow forecasts for the company.
Management of CAPEX reporting for the UK HQ including the internal order process.
