Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working with our client in the search for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team at their HQ, in Portsmouth. This role is full time, Monday – Friday, and is permenant.
The salary is up to £23,500, depending on experience, plus some fantastic benefits including 25 days holiday + BH, private healthcare and enhanced maternity pay, will free parking onsite.
Some key responsibilities will include:
Acting as an Ambassador for the company,
Contacting customers to arrange appointments,
Query resolution,
Updating company database,
General administration.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you enjoy working in a customer-focused role and are comfortable working on the telephone.
As an individual you will have;
Excellent communication skills via telephone and written,
Strong attention to detail and administration abilities,
Good IT skills, including; Microsoft Office with excellent email capabilities.
