Salary: c£80k-£85k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, mileage to site, pension, health, bonus etc.

Company & Project: A Top 100 Main contractor is seeking to recruit a talented and experienced M&E Manager, to join their team in Southwark, working on c£100m project, leading a team of M&E Engineers - managing design and delivery on site.

Our client has an enviable track record on projects c£50m+ and have delivered projects on a repeat basis in London.

The senior management team is well respected for its effective leadership, employee development, and business acumen, which has led to the business achieving achieving back-to-back project wins in the area.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for supervision of M&E packages (with an Electrical bias), design coordination and management of specialise sub-contractors. You will be overseeing the quality, monitoring works on a daily basis, liaising daily with subcontractors and consultants along with updating records relating to the quality control process.

The successful candidate will be from either a sub-contractor or main contractor background.

It would be highly advantageous for the successful candidate to have Electrical experience.

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience either as an M&E Manager or Building Services Manager.
Experience on M&E packages/projects c£10m+ in total value would be desirable.
Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
Previous Roles: Building Services Manager OR Electrical Manager OR Senior M&E Supervisor OR M&E Manager OR M&E Engineer OR M&E Project Manager.
Qualifications & Skills: Relevant Electrical or Building Services qualification for example, HND or Degree or City & Guilds.
