This opportunity is with a small to medium-sized, high-purity specialty chemical manufacturer located near Dallas, TX. This leadership role will focus on driving operational excellence through preventative maintenance and engineering initiatives. You'll lead a team of technicians, engineers, and planners to ensure equipment reliability, manage capital projects, and implement continuous improvement programs, especially critical equipment and preventative programs. Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, ideally mechanical
4+ years of in-plant maintenance or reliability engineering experience
2+ years of supervision experience of direct reports (salaried and hourly)
