JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their jewelry purchasing journey, both in-person and virtually. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personalized customer guidance, managing sales leads, offering online customer support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing sales strategies, showcasing product knowledge, utilizing our ERP system, and serving as a brand advocate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Guidance:
-Assist customers in making purchases through in-person and virtual appointments, ensuring each interaction is personalized and memorable.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them find the perfect jewelry piece to suit their preferences and budget.
Sales Lead Management:
- Effectively handle a high volume of incoming sales leads to achieve individual and team sales goals and revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner, nurturing relationships and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Online Customer Support:
- Proactively respond to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance via live chats and phone calls.
- Deliver a luxury customer experience through online interactions, reflecting the quality of our products and brand values.
Continuous Improvement:
- Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, collaborating with leadership to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives.
Product Knowledge, Sales Strategy, ERP Utilization, and Brand Advocacy.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of one year experience in luxury retail sales
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Weekend Availability
EDUCATION:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
