Reporting to the President & Co-Founder, you as the EVP of Production are responsible for supervising and strategically managing all aspects of video production, from pre-production through post-production for YouTube and Podcast productions on behalf of Impact Theory. 
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise the Production team and manage to KPIs
Recruit, hire, and train staff
Conduct performance reviews on all department staff
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage the department’s P&L
Ensure departmental KPIs are hit through rigorous data analysis and editorial guidance of the content
Oversee every stage of the production process from planning and staffing to content delivery
Stay on top of the evolution of all relevant platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Rumble
Provide clear and positive leadership and growth-focused mentorship to the department employees as well as freelance producers
Manage internal production staff as well as manage the oversight of all freelance production labor to ensure flawless execution of deliverables and efficient management of costs
Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Talent departments, as well as outside producing partners, to maximize workflow efficiency and ensure assets are delivered on time
Provide expert advice on driving creative and innovative approaches to our productions that will improve community engagement and gross margins
Build relationships with third-party production support partners
Optimize our production process through technical advancements, workflow improvements and strategic ideas
Work closely with all departments to support and maintain a healthy, collaborative, and productive company culture
Research and identify key creative personnel to staff on projects
Work with Producers on guest ideas and ideas for the flagship shows and sister and brother programs
Build, and develop Impact Theory’s growing roster of guests and liaisons
Coordinate with post-production to map out the release schedule for episodes
Manage the Associate Producer in coordinating both production and guest details
Work with Producers, Director of Operations, and other Talent stakeholders on all legal documents on production. 
The compensation range for this position is $250,000 to $275,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in unscripted content, both in the Production and Post-Production process
5+ years’ experience managing large teams
Ability to deal effectively with a variety of projects at once
Detail-oriented and possess superior organization and time management skills
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner
Ability to interface with all levels of executives and talent.
This role is onsite at our West Hollywood, CA studio
