Our client who are a Tier one MEP contractor are offering a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic about BIM to adopt a key position as a Senior BIM Coordinator within a well established practice.
They have participated in the completion of a number of landmark projects and maintain a strong relationship with many of the UK's top contractors and architects.
The role will suit someone who is keen on developing their career in BIM, as it offers an opportunity to occupy a key role within a business that has displayed a strong history in the sector and promises to progress well, with new work being regularly secured.
What the role involves:
* Managing live projects.
* Reviewing and checking federated BIM Models
* Clash Detection
* Information Management
* COBie, Asset Management
* Working closely with the BIM Manager
* Training and guidance of Junior employees
* Ensuring BIM Compliance with BEP and PAS-1192
* Managing the BIM activity of Subcontractors on site.
Requirements:
* Need to have a good understanding of ISO-19650
* Proficiency in Revit, Revizto, Dynamo and Navisworks
* Ideally from an Architectural or MEP background
