Our Bristol office is now looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build your own brand portfolio while enhancing multiple sales skills, from business development to negotiation and objection handling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs to effectively match them with suitable candidates.
Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit between clients and candidates.
Provide exceptional ongoing support and advice to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
A self-starter with a driven, ambitious nature and a strong desire to succeed.
High levels of resilience and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but is also capable of working independently.
