Sales Progressor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Hyde is looking to recruit a Sales Progressor.

As a Sales Progressor at Hyde you will be working within our Portfolio Management Team to supporting the Sales Manager in the sale of Hyde’s existing void stock.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the sale of void assets.
* Working with senior lawyers on sale transactions.
* Obtaining updates on sales activity & progression of conveyancing process.
* Coordinating compliance info needed for legal packs.
* Coordinating receipt of and response to replies to legal enquiries working with internal teams to collate information.
* Maintaining data base of forecast sales completions and achieved completions.
* Coordinating completion documentation and circulating to internal team.
Skills and Experience Required
Essential
* Good organisational skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* Eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Ability to use excel and databases
* Understanding of the conveyance process
* Understanding of the Portfolio Management function
Preferred
* Experience of working in residential sales within the UK
* Previous sales progression experience
