Floor Manager

I am seeking a reliable and experienced Floor Manager for an exciting new opening restaurant in Fulham.
The successful Floor Manager will work alongside the General Manager and the owners to ensure everything is set up for the opening in July.
The restaurant is casual dining, serving Italian dishes with a touch of Arabic flavours.
We are looking for a Floor Manager who is a team player, hardworking, and has experience managing a team of 5-6 waiters.
Knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential and experience with Arabic flavours is an advantage.
The new Floor Manager will have:
* Experience in high-end, busy restaurants and the ability to work at top-quality standard
* Excellent leadership and customer service skills

* Full responsibility for running the service when on duty
