We have a role working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK working as a Fabric Engineer covering two commercial office sites within Central London. You will be based at a site in EC2V two days a week and based at a site in SW1Y three days a week.

In this role, you will join a team of engineers looking after these hgih end sites. You will be expected to carry out general building maintenance and compliance tasks across these sites.

Job specific Responsibilities for a Fabric Engineer:

* Basic Plumbing

* Basic Electrics

* Basic Carpentry

* Lamp changing

* Take Tap Temperatures

* Flushing

* PPM's

* Reactive maintenance

* Assist other engineers onsite as required

* Painting & Decorating

* Tiling
