This position seeks a proficient Maintenance Engineer within the industrial/waste industry, able to lead engineering projects, drive reactive and proactive maintenance requirements and uphold the highest quality standards.

Description
Lead and manage reactive and proactive maintenance tasks
Collaborate with team members to enhance engineering processes
Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulations
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety procedures
Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of materials and servicesProfile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
An engineering degree from a recognised institution would be beneficial however not essential
Proven experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector
Track record of maintenance engineering
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsJob Offer
A competitive salary in the range of £40,500 - £49,500 per annum.
