Branch Manager

If this sound likes you then KPI Recruiting have a fantastic opportunity available for you! As we are recruiting for a Branch Manager based in our Warrington Office.

We are looking for someone who is a strong leader and can build positive lasting relationships. A competitive nature would also be valuable, as we are looking for someone who strives to be the best and wants to have a build a high performing branch.

What does the role involve?

Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
Manage the ‘sales cycle’ process and report weekly figures throughout the branch
Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary to clients and internal teams
Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are aiming to raise the bar of candidate quality.
Offer training and support to the team, to share best practice and ensure that a collaborative and consistent approach is adopted across all KPI Recruiting divisions.
Updating weekly divisional figures and reports
Contribute to the development and establishment of KPI Recruiting online band. Supporting all social media channels and activities.
Drive sales incentives throughout the branch.
Manage branch spend and costs
Encouraging positive attitude from the team and motivating the team to strive for success and hit targets
What would KPI Recruiting like to see in you?

Full UK Driving license is required
Experience in 360 recruitment is essential
Business development experience is also essential
Experience managing people, resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results.
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience at Senior account manager level or above
National account management experience
Self-starter, with problem solving skills
Experience building and maintaining relationships
Full driving license is required
