We are looking for someone interested in joining an established team based out of Nottingham but with the long-term goal of opening a new office, based in Birmingham!
We are looking for an individual who can:
Prove strong tenure within the recruitment industry
Deliver good billing numbers while working to develop people
Come from a background ideally in T&L within Construction Recruitment
Have a strong working knowledge of temporary and permanent recruitment.

In return you'll receive:

Salary up to £42,000 dependent on experience
Uncapped commission available from day 1 - no waiting for probation to pass in order to earn!
Car allowance for experienced / senior level applicants which also includes a parking pass
23 days holiday per year (increasing to 25 after 2 years service) + bank holidays and a well deserved Christmas break on us (no deduction from your precious entitlement!)
Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with flexibility on offer depending on individual requirements
