One of our key clients, who are a Regional Contractor are on the look out for an experienced Site Manager, who is strong at leading a project to from cradle to grave.
Our client are well known in the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and East Anglia area for delivering in sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Sport and Leisure, MOD and Commercial units.
Looking for:
- 5+ years experience.
- Organise, motivated and passionate about completely projects.
- Tier 1 Main contractor background.
- Commercial experience.
- Willing to work closely with a team and share ideas.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- In charge of Health & Safety.
- Control of the project.
- IT literate.
- Scheduling and procurement of materials on site.
