Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

Role Description:
CHR Recruitment are searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our clients expanding team based in Doncaster. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost control, management, planning, and reporting, the role involves close collaboration with site teams, ensuring project delivery within budget. Duties include project scheduling, client/contractor liaison, and assisting with estimating.
Qualifications:
* Expertise in Cost Control, BOQ Preparation, and Reporting
* Strong Project Management Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
* Professional accreditation (MRICS, MCIOB) preferred
