We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Planned Project Officers to join our successful in-house Homes Plus Client Services Team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in contributing to the delivery and development of our overall business objectives while upholding our group values.

The role

As a Planned Officer, you will be an integral part of our client services team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality services to our customers. You will work closely with subcontractors and service providers to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard, in line with our group values. From coordinating documentation to conducting inspections and managing budgets, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our business. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering value to customers, this role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

* HNC in Building Construction or equivalent experience (desirable)

* A good understanding of asbestos requirements for Planned Improvements

* Understanding and knowledge of building maintenance (desirable)

* Experience of working with contractors and residents within the Housing sector

* Experience of working on planned improvement projects

* Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook

* At least five years of experience working on Housing-related projects

* Excellent organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
