The responsibilities of the IT Helpdesk Support are as follows:
Help desk, first line technical support for hardware and software
End-user training
Daily data centre operations
Installing systems and software
Performance statistics generation
Creating and maintaining user profiles
Liaising with suppliers and end-users  
The successful IT Helpdesk Support will have the following skills/experience:
In depth knowledge of Windows XP operating system
Microsoft Office Package
Windows 2003 active directory security
IT technical problem solving and a capability to complete standard IT documentation packs
Knowledge of Cat5 UTP cabling and telephony systems is advantageous although not essential
