Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor
Location: West Midlands

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line employee relations advice to managers and employees.
Accurate advice with regards to disciplinary, grievance, absence management and family friendly policies.
Manage queries and communicate outcomes clearly.
Support and coach line managers to effectively resolve ER matters.
Take a proactive role in continuous improvement projects. Skills required:
CIPD qualified.
Experience in a similar position as a HR/People/ER Advisor.
Previous experience in a complex and unionised environment.
Excellent knowledge of employment law and legislation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
